How does it count the words I type in other apps?
Switch to the Inkstreak keyboard (tap 🌐) and write anywhere: WhatsApp, Mail, Notes, Instagram. It looks like Apple's keyboard and adds up how many words you type. It never saves, reads back or sends your text, and password fields always use Apple's keyboard.
Is my writing private?
Yes. There's no account and no server. Notes stay on your iPhone; only daily word counts sync between your devices through your own iCloud. Voice notes are turned into text on your iPhone.
How much does it cost?
Everything starts with a 7-day free trial. After that it's $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year (prices vary by country — for example ₹99 a month or ₹999 a year in India). Cancel anytime in Settings › your name › Subscriptions before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
What happens if I cancel?
The keyboard keeps working as a normal keyboard, but counting pauses. Your notes stay yours — you can still open, copy and export them.
The keyboard isn't counting.
Go to Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Inkstreak and turn on Allow Full Access. Then type a few words with the Inkstreak keyboard and open the app. If the top-left of the keyboard says “Not counting”, your free trial or subscription has ended.
How do I make Inkstreak my main keyboard?
Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Edit, then drag Inkstreak to the top.
How do I start a voice note quickly?
In the app go to Setup › Voice notes. The easiest way is your own Siri phrase (Shortcuts app › + › Inkstreak › Voice note, name it “Quick note”). You can also add the Voice note button to your Lock Screen, Control Center or Action Button.
How do I back up my notes?
Setup › Your notes & backup › Export text or Spreadsheet, then save the file to Files, iCloud Drive or Google Drive.
How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?
Open Inkstreak and tap Restore on the paywall or in Setup › Inkstreak Plus. It uses your Apple Account — there's no separate login.
How do I cancel?
Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Inkstreak › Cancel Subscription.
I have an offer code.
Tap Have a code? on the paywall, or Setup › Inkstreak Plus.
My streak buddy can't see me.
Both of you need iCloud turned on. Send the invite again from Stats › Streak buddies, and ask your friend to open the link on their iPhone with Inkstreak installed.
